Purpose and Intended Use:<\/SPAN><\/P>

This feature class is created for the best known locations of an active SOC including both POU and POD. Locations that are listed as N2, S2, etc will have multiple locations to include all locations in the North half, south half or proper representation as our cadastral table does not have specific N2 locations represented. Also if ADWR staff has located an SOC and listed it in the SOC_ADMIN.ADWR_SOC_PROPERTIES table, the SOC will be located with this location not the reported location and the SEQ field will have the value \"SOC\"<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>

This dataset is produced from a query of the ADWR database and the SOC data there. <\/SPAN><\/P>

Data Limitations: <\/SPAN>If there is no cadastral location given in the filing, then it will not appear in this dataset. This data just reflects claims, not necessarily verified water uses.<\/SPAN><\/P>

SOC_ID: From SOC.main, the primary key for the SOC data. This is not the file number.<\/SPAN><\/P>

CADHOOK: The code description for the cadastral location. This is based on the PLSS system to describe the location of the feature<\/SPAN><\/P>

X_UTMNAD83: The X coordinate for the item in the NAD 83 UTM zone 12 projection.<\/SPAN><\/P>

Y_UTMNAD83: The Y coordinate for the item in the NAD 83 UTM zone 12 projection.<\/SPAN><\/P>

FILE_NO: The SOC file number for a given record. (39-)<\/SPAN><\/P>

FILE_DATE: The data that ADWR received the SOC<\/SPAN><\/P>

INPUT_DATE: The date that the record was added to the SOC database.<\/SPAN><\/P>

STATUS: This indicated the current status of the Statement of Claimant.<\/SPAN><\/P>

SEQ: States whether the item is a POU or POD.<\/SPAN><\/P>

ADJ_WS: The adjudicated Watershed code.<\/SPAN><\/P>

SEQNUM: The number in a sequence for multiple POUs or PODs<\/SPAN><\/P>

LOC_ID: A unique identifier for a location record.<\/SPAN><\/P>

CU_ID: A unique identifier for a given use. <\/SPAN><\/P>

ADJ_SUS: The adjudicated subwatershed code.<\/SPAN><\/P>

WATERSHED: The name of the watershed.<\/SPAN><\/P>
